Professional Programmes: Minimum 2months and above
Diploma Programmes: 2 – 3years (subject to the chosen program)
Under Graduate Programmes: Minimum 3 years, and 4years for Nursing, Pharmacy, & Engineering, etc
Post Graduate Programmes: Minimum 2 years, 4 semesters
Professional Programmes: JHS / SSCE or WASSCE and Above
Under Graduate Programmes: SSCE / WASSCE / DIPLOMA / HND / or other equivalent
Post Graduate Programmes: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline
SSCE / WASSCE holders: Should have six passes from A – D or A1 – D7/E8 (subject to the program)
Diploma / HND / Degree Holders: Should have good passes in their relevant field of studies
1• Application for admission to the university must be in the prescribed form
2• Applicants will have to take enrollment for regular provisional admission in their respective area of studies before applying for scholarship or sponsorship (mandatory for all qualified applicants)
3• Only applicants with a valid provisional admission letter from our affiliated universities /colleges in India are eligible to apply for the Aidant Scholarship or sponsorship.
4• Applicants can apply for both regular and scholarship admission at a go.
5• Students who want to apply for different combinations must apply in separate application forms
6• The duly filled application form has to be submitted at the Aidant admissions office as per the prescribed schedule (For applicants with Hardcopy application form)
7• As part of the admission procedure students have to attend a personal interview
8• Admission to various programmes will however be subject to verification of facts from the original certificates / documents of the candidates. In case any discrepancy is noticed, even at a later point of time after admission, the management reserves the right to cancel the candidate's admission and such a decision shall be final and binding on the candidate
9• Applicants are responsible for ensuring that their application is complete and contains all required supporting documentation.
10• Applicants must be aware that, it can take on average, 5 – 8 weeks to process a scholarship application; and submitting an incomplete application may cause delay or prevent their application from being processed.
11• Only certified hard copies of official documents are required to be submitted. (Original copies needs to be retained by applicants and provide for verification in the respective institutions when needed)
The following documents have to be produced during or after form submission;
1. Two passport pictures
2. SHS result slip / certificate (Mandatory for UG applicants)
3. Transcript, Testimonial, degree certificates, etc. (Mandatory for PG applicants)
4. A non-refundable application fee
